Tamil - Calling Partner

This job requires a candidate with a strong understanding of the telecalling industry or call center experience, ideally with expertise in personal, business, or gold loans. The candidate must be able to quickly learn, be driven to achieve targets, and work effectively with various internal teams. Fluency in English and Tamil is required for communication.

Fresher or 1+ years of prior work experience in the telecalling industry or at a call centre, preferably in personal, business or gold loans. Ability to learn, be determined, and fulfil weekly/monthly targets. Ability to work and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders. Basic communication (English + Tamil) spoken.
