Ability to learn, be determined, and fulfil weekly/monthly targets. Ability to work and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders.

Fresher or 1+ years of prior work experience in the telecalling industry or at a call centre, preferably in personal, business or gold loans. Basic communication (English + Telugu) spoken.
