Outdoor Norway, based in the heart of Voss – Norway's Adventure Capital, is looking for a professional Tourist Minibus Driver with a valid D1 license, with a CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) and a Passenger carrying vehicle (PCV), which in Norwegian means Kjøreseddel for yrkessjåfører. The candidate must have hands-on experience driving a 17-seater minibus. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional travel experiences by transporting tourists safely and comfortably to various destinations, such as fjords, rafting tours, scenic routes, and cultural sites. Only applicants from European countries are eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 17-seater minibus for scheduled adventure tours, airport transfers, or custom travel itineraries.
• Drive domestic and international tourists to our experiences, mainly around Voss.
• Provide a warm welcome and basic tourist information during the journey (non-guiding role, unless certified).
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort at all times.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintain the minibus in a clean and presentable condition.
• Adhere strictly to Norwegian traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Cooperate with tour guides, dispatchers, and logistics teams to maintain schedule accuracy.
• Assist passengers with luggage and boarding when necessary.
• Manage driving logs and route records accurately.
• Taking photos for the Rafting and Fjord Kayaking Tours

• Valid D1 driving license (mandatory)
• CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence), which on your driver's license is displayed as CODE 95
• Passenger carrying vehicle (PCV), which in Norwegian means Kjøreseddel for yrkessjåfører.
• Proven experience driving a minibus (up to 17 seats), preferably in a tourism-related role.
• Familiarity with major tourist destinations and scenic routes in Norway.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with international guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages (Norwegian, German, Spanish, or French) is a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Genuine enthusiasm for outdoor activities and a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of Norway
• Willingness to work in outdoor environments and adapt to different weather conditions and challenges during shoots
• Ability to travel to different locations within Voss for photography and videography assignments
