Key Responsibilities

• Understands the company's Vision & Mission
• Edit raw video footage into compelling content for YouTube, social media, websites, advertisements, or internal use.
• Cut, trim, color-correct, and enhance video/audio for clarity and style.
• Add graphics, text overlays, animations, sound effects, and music as needed.
• Collaborate with creative teams, producers, and clients to understand project goals.
• Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ensure consistency in visual style, tone, and branding.
• Optimize video formats for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for newsletters and blogs.
• Stay current with video trends, editing techniques, and platform requirements.

• Proven experience as a video editor with a portfolio/reel showcasing past work.
• Proficient in Portuguese is essential.
• Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) required.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects or similar) are a plus.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Access to a reliable computer setup and high-speed internet.
