Join the Marketing Operations team and play a key role in helping Academic Marketing teams maintain important relationships and bring OUP products to market efficiently and effectively. This role provides broad exposure to publishing, marketing operations, customer service, and administrative activities that directly support the success of OUP's academic publishing programme.

The role offers a varied workload spanning product information management, author communications, sales collateral creation, co-operative marketing initiatives, reporting, and operational support.
Opportunity – the 'what'

Administer and record the distribution of gratis and incentive marketing materials.

Maintain and enhance publicly accessible OUP product information.

Maintain the supply of sales collateral needed to represent OUP products in the market.

Collaboratively enable and administer co-operative marketing initiatives.

Collaboratively manage communications to current and prospective OUP authors.

Provide general administrative support for new work centralized within Marketing Operations.
About You
-
Essential: Approachable and collaborative; Team player; Flexible; IT literate; Good written and verbal communication; Effective time management; Adaptability; Strong prioritisation; Team working; Educated to A Level/BTEC standard or CIM Level 3+; At least 6 months professional experience; Intermediate IT skills including Excel.

Desirable: Previous experience in an internally or externally facing customer service role.
