What We're Looking For

We are interested in professional couples who can work seamlessly together while maintaining the highest standards of:

• Seamanship and sailing knowledge
• Yacht maintenance and presentation
• Engineering and technical competence
• Guest service and hospitality
• Teamwork and communication
• Professionalism and discretion

Captain Requirements:

• Yachtmaster Offshore (Commercially Endorsed) minimum
• Strong engineering and maintenance experience
• Proven sailing background

Preferred for offshore and world cruising programmes:

• Yachtmaster Ocean
• AEC 1 & 2
• Extensive ocean passage experience

Charter Experience:

For charter-focused opportunities, Captains and Chefs should ideally have:

• Minimum two seasons charter experience
• Previous sailing yacht experience
• High-end guest service standards
