Data Governance Consultant

Focus on technical implementation and management of data governance initiatives, data curation, and ensuring data quality and compliance.

Data Governance Implementation:Implement and manage data governance initiatives using cataloguing tools Maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.

Data Quality and Compliance:Ensure adherence to data governance principles, practices, and methodologies. Implement /Manage Data quality frameworks to ensure compliance

Data Curation:Responsible for data curation and management, ensuring catalogue is accurate and up-to-date.

Technical Expertise:Proficiency in SQL and database querying languages.Knowledge of Python scripting for data manipulation and analysis.

Functional Expertise:Collaborate with the operations team to document terms and definitions, and investigate data lineage. Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective data governance practices. Develop and maintain data governance documentation and reports.

Master's (or equivalent), B.Tech/B.E/ BSc in Computers or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
