Scrum Master

Immediate joiner role requiring 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master. The role involves leading and coaching Scrum teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, collaborating with Product Owners, monitoring sprint progress, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Act as a servant leader and Agile coach to one or more Scrum teams. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles, and help them become self-organizing and high-performing. Identify, track, and help remove impediments and blockers. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a healthy, prioritized backlog. Monitor sprint progress using metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and cumulative flow diagrams. Shield the team from external disruptions and distractions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by conducting retrospectives and tracking actionable improvements. Promote cross-functional team collaboration and ownership.
