Customer Success Renewals Intern

Role overview & Key responsibilities:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Renewals Intern to support our Customer Success team in managing client renewals, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role offers hands-on exposure to client communication, sales operations, and revenue retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in tracking upcoming and overdue contract renewals
• Coordinate with clients for renewal discussions and follow-ups
• Support in preparing renewal proposals, quotations, and documentation
• Maintain and update renewal data in CRM systems
• Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) for smooth execution
• Support in improving renewal processes and reporting metrics

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Basic understanding of sales/customer success processes is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel and/or CRM tools is preferred
• Self-driven with a willingness to learn and take initiative
