Marketing Intern

Key responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and publish content for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube and X.
• Support Online Reputation Management (ORM) by monitoring brand mentions, comments, reviews, and online conversations and escalating relevant queries or concerns.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities, industry trends, and marketing strategies.
• Research relevant topics, trends, awareness days, and content opportunities for the brand.
• Design basic marketing creatives and assets using tools such as Canva.
• Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and support the execution of the marketing and social media content calendar.
• Track social media and campaign performance metrics and help prepare performance reports and insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on branding, promotional, events, and marketing projects.
• Support audience and community engagement across relevant digital platforms.
