Piping Designer (E3D)

Develop and maintain 3D piping models using AVEVA E3D.

Prepare piping design deliverables including:
- General Arrangement (GA) Drawings
- Plot Plans
- Equipment Layouts
- Piping Layouts
- Isometric Drawings
- Pipe Support Drawings
- Tie-in Drawings
- Underground Piping Layouts
- Piping Material Take-Offs (MTO)

Model piping systems based on P&IDs, piping specifications, and engineering data sheets.

Perform piping routing considering safety, maintainability, accessibility, and construct ability requirements.

Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, and HVAC disciplines.

Participate in model reviews, clash detection, and interdisciplinary coordination meetings.

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.

Support stress analysis requirements by incorporating flexibility and support considerations into piping layouts.

Review vendor drawings and integrate vendor package information into the 3D model.

Generate and update design deliverables based on engineering comments and client feedback.

Assist construction and commissioning teams with design clarifications and as-built documentation.

Maintain project design quality, drafting standards, and document control requirements.
Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

3–10 years of experience in piping design within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, Offshore, or EPC projects.

Hands-on experience with AVEVA E3D (mandatory).

Strong understanding of piping design principles and industry practices.

Ability to interpret:
- P&IDs
- Equipment datasheets
- Plot plans
- Vendor drawings
- Piping specifications

Familiarity with international codes and standards such as ASME, ANSI, API, and ISO.
