Business Analyst (Block Chain)

Job Description

·         Providing Analytical recommendations to influence our product, marketing, and strategy

·         Design and evaluate product and growth experiments backed by solid hypotheses.

·         Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality                            requirements.

·         Document current processes and models to understand inefficiencies or gaps.

·         Determine the right balance between agile processes and formal documentation

·         Translate conceptual user requirements into clear, detailed functional requirements.

·         Take notes during important meetings and socialize key takeaways and next steps.

·         Analyse engagement and usage data of our products and services, sharing insights with the broader organization.

·         Participate in daily stand-up meetings, planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.

·         Monitor key performance metrics and provide helpful insights to improve and grow the business

·         Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks. Communicate trade-offs to business partners and work with them              to shape requirements accordingly.

·         Review delivery team output to ensure requirements are correctly interpreted; define and execute test cases.

Requirements

·         Minimum experience of 3-5 years is required.

·         Candidate should be well versed with writing FRD's and BRD's.

·         Mandatory requirement is to have a candidate with Fintech / Blockchain Domain.

·         Good with Documentation, SRS/FRS, Process flow diagram.
