Oracle HCM Payroll Functional consultant

Key Responsibilities :

1. This position will be responsible for doing analysis, design, build Unit testing and implementation of Oracle HCM cloud US Payroll
2. Writing fast formulas
3. Should have excellent documentation, presentation, customer handling, problem solving, solution design skills and experience.
4. Should have exp. in client facing role and must have worked on Req. Gathering, Product Workshop & Demo, CRP, UAT etc.
5. Strong technical knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud security setup is desired.
6. Should have exp. in workflow configuration using BPM.
7. Should have Global HR & Benefits implementation experience
8. Absence, OTL and Benefit experience is big plus

Technical Experience : Experience in Oracle Cloud US Global Payroll, must have done at least 2 end-to-end implementation
