Officer - CRM

Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to oversee and manage the end-to-end order management process, ensuring that customer requirements are met with on-time delivery performance. The position also integrates production planning responsibilities to optimize manufacturing schedules, align with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Order Management Duties: - Interaction & customers & sales team to process customer orders in the ERP system (JDE).
• Customer Interaction and Support: - Proactively manage customer expectations regarding lead times and potential delays
• Production Planning Duties: - to coordinate with procurement & manufacturing toward material alignment for customer schedule.
• Cross-functional Coordination: -Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align production schedules with sales forecasts.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: -Generate and analyse performance metrics, such as on-time delivery rates and order backlogs.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• UG Degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM role for automotive OEMs or Tier I supplier.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Order management
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• ERP experience (JDE preferable).
• Proficiency in OEC, Sales Force
• Coordination with various internal departments to address customer inquiries effectively
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and sales teams regularly
