• Close deals like a pro, focusing on SMEs and startups who are so employee-first, they'll wonder how they ever survived without us.
• Follow up so well that clients think they missed your call when they really didn't (you're that good).
• Work the room (or Zoom) with your natural charm and sales wizardry, turning "we'll think about it" into "where do we sign?"
• Hit sales targets with your eyes closed (okay, not literally, but you get it).
