Job Title : Research and Psychometric Services Assistant Position : APPRENTICE Required Qualification : Master's in Clinical Psychology (FRESHER, NO PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE) Job Purpose : Assisting in test development research activities; related to the adaptation and standardisation of Pearson's assessments Location : Bengaluru, India Starting Date: SEPT. 2026 Responsibilities : -Support Data scoring / checking initiatives -Liaising with editors and printers -Liaising with other functions of the Clinical Assessment Division, as required - Any other R&D related activity Skills required: ➢ Verbal and written proficiency in English ➢ Reading/writing/speaking of atleast one of the following languages: Kannada/ Hindi/ Tamil/Marathi/Bengali/ ➢ Good communication and interpersonal skills ➢ Ability to multi-task across projects ➢ Ability to meet goals, as per timelines Eligibility : MUST NOT have ever drawn EPF.
