Growth Associate

As a Growth Associate, you will be instrumental in driving PensionBox's growth initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity for fresh graduates to learn, develop, and contribute to expanding our customer base. You'll be involved in promoting our pension solutions, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to engage clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential growth opportunities, target markets, and industry trends.
• Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying leads within target segments.
• Client Engagement: Support the development and delivery of presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Relationship Building: Help cultivate relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Revenue Generation: Collaborate with senior team members to close deals and maximize revenue.
• Strategy Implementation: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve growth strategies.
• Training & Development: Engage in continuous learning through training sessions and stay updated on industry developments.
• Offline Projects: Visit clients to close deals.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a startup environment.
• Proficiency in Google Suit.
• Passion for financial technology and a keen interest in the pension and retirement planning space.
