Digital Marketing Trainer

● Deliver engaging and comprehensive digital marketing training sessions (both online and  offline) across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Analytics.

● Conduct practical, hands-on sessions, guiding students in implementing concepts on live projects and real-time case studies.

● Develop, update, and maintain training curriculum, lesson plans, assignments, and case studies aligned with the latest industry practices.

● Assist management in reviewing and enhancing the syllabus quality, training structure, and learning methodologies.

● Monitor student learning outcomes, track progress, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

● Support learners in preparing for industry-recognized certifications (Google, Facebook, HubSpot, etc.).

● Stay updated with digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices to bring relevant knowledge to the classroom.

● Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

● Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing (industry or training).

● Proven expertise in key digital marketing platforms, tools, and campaign execution.

● Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or Analytics (preferred).

● Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.
