Assistant Manager - Supply Chain

The role involves monitoring, resolving, and managing IDOC issues related to Master Data, Order to Cash (OTC) flow, and Sales & Distribution processes to ensure smooth system operations and minimal business disruption. The individual is accountable for ensuring timely IDOC resolution within SLA timelines, supporting business continuity, and driving operational efficiency through process governance, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
