Human Resource Manager

Location: New Delhi,Delhi,India

Percpktika Brand Lab is a Product Development startup which supports and develops products guiding social innovation. We are looking for smart and talented individuals who are capable of working from Delhi or remote and generating results.

The selected candidate will be working on the following:

1. Looking for a candidate (preferably female) who will be involved in end-to-end complete life cycle of the recruitment process such as Understanding the Requirement, Candidate Sourcing, Qualifying Skills, Interviewing Candidates, Fixing Interview - Scheduling and Closing.
2. Evaluating the candidate based on the requirement available and experienced gained in the industry.
3. Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview.
4. Preparing Recruitment based Daily Reports, on Day-to-Day Basis.

Time: Minimum 3 Months
