Inventory Manager - Warehouse

Perforais seeking a talented and experienced Inventory Manager who will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring stock availability, and driving inventory hygiene within the warehouse. The role requires strong data handling and Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and real-time inventory records across all SKUs.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages, excess inventory, or expiry risks.
• Track inward and outward movements and ensure system vs physical stock accuracy.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to track shipments.
• Prepare inventory MIS reports and share insights for planning and replenishment.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
• Good data analysis and reconciliation skills.
• High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
• Experience working in fast-paced warehouse environments preferred.
