Responsibilies

• Install, Setup, Support and Manage Application environments in Production and Preproduction environments
• Hands of Experience Middleware Application Servers : WebMethods
• Setup and Administration of software such as Apache webservers, Siteminder, Sentry, IBM MQ, .Net, SWIFT, Sitescope,
• Working on RedHat Linux environments, and Windows Server environments
• Support migrations of legacy Application environments to new stack of technology
• Interface with Engineering and Solution Delivery teams and PMO teams to plan, schedule and implement changes.
• Coordinate changes, verification, and reversion tasks with participating teams.
• Adhere to the Change Management and Release Management process for all changes.
• Assist other team members as needed to provide excellent service to GXS customers.
• Provide on-call production support on a rotating basis, and escalated 24x7 support for responsible primary application.
• Troubleshoot and follow-up with Engineering to resolve production issues.
• Responsible for maintaining up-to-date Run Books.
