Civil Engineer

Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent course in information technology or computer science.

Experience: 1-5 Years of experience

We are looking for an experienced, driven civil engineer with a wealth of industry knowledge. To ensure success, the ideal candidate should be comfortable splitting their hours between the office, on-site visits, and attending meetings with the architects, etc.

Candidate should be a critical thinker and have sound subject knowledge of mathematics and physics to identify and solve engineering problems. You must also possess a certain level of creativity in order to present innovative solutions and improvements to technical processes. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate ideas, make recommendations, and negotiate project details with their team, subcontractors, and clients.

 

Responsibilities:

·      New site development.

·      Planning of project

·      Budgeting

·      Site Inspection & testing

·      Hiring of architect & construction agency

·      Agreement with agency

·      finalize the design.

·      Prepare documents & Report.

·      Material planning & arrangements

·      Ensure project completion on time.

·      Hand over/Take over with proper documents.

·      Verification of work & bills.

For Existing Property:

 

·      Maintain all records & reports of property.

·      AMC with different agencies in respect of requirements.

·      Timely Maintenance & Repairing.

·      Coordination within the organization regarding civil & maintenance Work.

·      Budgeting for maintenance.
