Fitter

Job Overview: Handle mechanical activities- assembly and install machine, fitting of equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties: -

1. Assembly and install mechanical components, machinery and equipment.
2. Adjust ,align and calibrate equipment to ensure optical performance.
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical tools, and providing solution for repair.
4. Use a varity of hand tools, power tools and precision measuring instruments to complete task.
5. Should have work experience in chemical industry.
6. Mechanical fitting & mechanical seal fitting.
7. Checking if equipment is in working order and scheduling repairs.
8. Proper coordination and communication to other department.

Requirements

1. ITI in Fitter trade or equivalent.
2. Proven work experience as a fitter or a similar role in the Chemical industry
3. Complete understanding of the chemical processes and safety protocols
4. Good time management and organizational skills
5. Detail-oriented individual
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Excellent physical dexterity
8. Best multitasking ability
9. Ability to handle stressful situations
10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
