Store Incharge

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

1. Handling of Raw materials.
2. Assessments on regular basis requirement of Products, send requisition to purchase,
3. To keep update the HOD for all activities and in case there is any Problem at store, or related department.
4. Making Strategy on place of the material according to space and hazard position of the raw material send requisition to purchases accordingly.
5. Keeping close track over qty of regular required products & updating our
6. Procurement team to take immediate decision on future requirements
7. Updating all records as per sop and zoho software.
8. Share the balance qty with purchase and production to smooth working.
9. Monitoring loading unloading process & receiving the material and whenever required helping team to execute the process.
10. Send the all document to account and logistics of receiving product.
11. Coordinating with QC team for finish and raw material testing.
12. Coordinating with logistics for loading and unloading the product.
13. Coordinating with accounts for raw material balance and updating in zoho.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Any Graduate
2. Basic computer knowledge
3. Effective communication
4. More Organized, Time management.
