System Engineer

Responsibilities: 

1. Installing and configuring employee's computer systems.
2. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve employee issues.
3. Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
4. Willing to learn and implement Firewall, endpoint security, System networking, centralized control server, and group policies and individual policies defined by Managers.
5. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
6. User account setup from Network/cloud server

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma or ITI or equivalent course in Information Technology or Computer Science or Hardware and Networking.
2. Good analytical, programming, and database skills.
3. Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
5. Willing to identify, propose, and initiate new ideas and improvements.
6. Eager to learn new technologies related to Software, Hardware, or Programming.
7. Aware of Website Domain Server knowledge and configuration with good programming skills.
8. Knowledge of Network security will be a plus.
