Job Responsibilities

Role: Platform Integrations Engineer (PDE I)

Context:

Phenom TXM Platform integrates with thousands of applications. For this Phenom has a full Integration Platform & Products. You will be part of the Product Implementation team which implements Platform Integration Products for various fortune 500 customers. You will work very closely with other teams which implement Phenom core TXM Platform.

What you will be doing (Responsibilities):

Systems analysis – understand & analyze platform integration requirements for a specific customer product implementation. Identify gaps, seek clarifications and highlight potential areas for customizations

Map customer requirements to Phenom's platform integrations product.

Implement platform integration configurations using Phenom's platform integrations product. Write custom code where required.

Perform code review, unit testing and fix defects, if any.

Work with QA team in fixing functional, integration and regression defects.

Production deployments and production validations.

Production support, maintenance, upgrades and migrations

Job Requirements

Requirements

Focus is on system analysis, and problem solving. 3 to 5 years of experience in product implementations in systems integrations area.

Good coding, unit testing and troubleshooting is MUST, in - Java, REST, SOAP, JSON, Mongo DB

Good communication skills and ability to express thoughts clearly

Experience in working with multiple customer projects in Agile / Scrum methods

Education

B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA with 65% aggregate

Work Experience

Knowledge in Java, REST, SOAP, JSON, Mongo DB

▪      Gain a better understanding of Company's recruiting spending and where candidates convert or drop off from Company's career site. The real-time analytics dashboard offers companies actionable insights on optimizing source spending and the candidate experience.
