Key Responsibilities Execute and supervise interior fit-out works, including civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, and plumbing works. Read and interpret interior design drawings, working drawings, and technical specifications. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams. Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to the project schedule. Ensure quality control and compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Prepare material requirements, site reports, and work progress updates. Monitor material usage, wastage, and site expenses. Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve them. Conduct site inspections and ensure proper finishing and workmanship. Follow safety standards and maintain site documentation. Ensure timely completion and handover of projects. Required Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or interior execution projects. Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, construction methods, and installation techniques. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Excel and project management tools is an advantage. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
