Position Description

Business Division: CSM Agchem	Department: Engineering	Location: Udaipur/Jambusar
Position Title: Executive	Reporting to (Title): Sr Manager/DGM/GM -Engg	LEVEL:E3-E4

Position Purpose

• We required a specialized person in civil who can handle the increasing demand of civil related capex, project work & routine civil related maintenance jobs..
• At present there is no civil engineer & related job is looking by mechanical engineer.

Strategic Responsibilities

• To ensure all engineering SOP compliance's
• Spare parts planning & inventory controll
• Effective utilization of preventive & preductive maintenance.
• Conclude root cause & trouble shoot of any problem.
• .Proper man power planning & utilization.
• Continuous upgradation of existing system.
• Develop vendor for cost effective spare
• Awareness on ISO 14001 & 18001

Operational Responsibilities

• Civil & structure maintenance of plant & equipments.
• Perform preventative, predective & breakdown maintenance of plant buidling & structure.
• SAP knowledge
• Coordination with inter functional dept
• To ensure successful audit of all regulatory audits
• Ensuring avaiability & updating of engg manuals & documents like manuals, catalogue, drawing etc
• Ensure stability certification of plant building & structure as per norms.
• Ensure proper drainage system of storm water & effluent water.
• Coordination with architect, consultants, designer & contractors for civil, structure, PHE, interior & exterior work.
• Life assesment of plant building & strengthening if require.

Financial Responsibilities

• Budget preparation, cost monitoring & controlling.
• To ensure timely & cost effectively implementation of civil & structural related capex/projects

B.E. Civil

Work Experience

3-8 year experience

Functional Competencies

• Knowledge of Safety
• Possesses manpower handling and counselling abilities
• Ability to handle day to day maintenance and installation of all type of field instruments
• Knowledge of equipment and machineries required in a chemical plant
