Associate Product Manager

As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our internal CRM tool at Pickyourtrail. You will work closely with internal customers being employees and developers, and designers in managing the tool.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and business objectives in building India's Largest Travel Leisure brand
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements. Prioritize features and enhancements for the tool
• Understand customer pain points and be able to build features in the product accordingly
• Define product requirements and user stories, and work with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of features
• Define and measure product success metrics

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in product management for a minimum of 1.5 years experience. Preferable B2C company
• Knowledge about all product data measurement analytics and tools is a bonus
• Should be a passionate self-starter; ready to get their hands dirty.
• Should be able to understand and appreciate that chaos/randomization is the only constant at a startup
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of developing successful products
