1.     Drone Operations: Safely Collect, Examine and Deliver drones to designated locations according to delivery schedules.
2.     Package Handling: Ensure proper handling and securing of packages to prevent damage during transportation.
3.     Navigation and Route Planning: Use GPS and navigation tools to identify the most efficient routes and avoid obstacles during delivery.
4.     Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
5.     Data Recording: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any incidents encountered during operations.
6.     Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
7.      Basic Documentation while Collecting and Delivering
