Area Sales OfficerThe Area Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding market share within a designated geographical area for Piramal Pharma Limited. This role involves building strong customer relationships and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for pharmaceutical products within the designated area.
* Identify and acquire new customers (doctors, hospitals, pharmacists) while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
* Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, identify new business opportunities, and gather competitive intelligence.
* Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and clinical data to healthcare professionals.
* Manage and monitor product inventory and ensure timely order placement and delivery.
* Organize and participate in medical camps, product launches, and other promotional activities.
* Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and expense statements as required.
* Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably within the assigned territory.
* Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, product knowledge, and competitor landscape.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
