Senior Executive-EHS

Job Description

 To comply with all applicable statutory regulation related to Environment, Health & Safety.
 Implement, monitor & maintain Waste management plan (Liquid & Solid waste) as per site EHS procedure and program. Comply Monitoring and measurement of various environment parameters on defined source of generation as per site EHS procedure & program by own or with the help of subordinate / third part.

Key Roles / Responsibilities:

§  To comply with all applicable statutory regulation related to Environment, Health & Safety.

§  Plan & establish system for accident, environment incident prevention to achieve zero accident / incident target.

§  Work in line with customer and legal centric approach on EHS front.

§  Compliance and implementation of EHS policy requirement.

§  Preparation of information for communication to internal / external customers.

§  Implement, monitor & maintain Waste management plan (Liquid & Solid waste) as per site EHS procedure and program.

§  Prepare & implementation of Site EHS procedure and related document.

§  Comply Monitoring and measurement of various environment parameters on defined source of generation as per site EHS procedure & program  by own or with the help of subordinate /   third part.

§  Monitoring the work function of site Occupational Health center and implement specific program as per site EHS procedure

§  Preparation and maintain relevant records and reports

§  Coordinate and participate in EHS observation, audit compliance (internal / external)

§  Participate / support team to conduct internal audit / inspection on assign EHS aspect and CAPA compliances.

§  Implementation, support and tracking on compliance.

§  Participate / support to implement existing / improvement plan for EHS front.

§  Coordinate with all stakeholder (Internal / external) of various work functions to strengthen the EHS management system.

§  Prepare and implement training & development plan for all employees (company & contractual) on EHS related aspect.

§  Coordinate with various department safety committees, periodic review and implementation of action items.
