The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating, maintaining, and optimizing our innovative web applications, ensuring they are functional, responsive, and ready to meet our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives, design, and deliver cohesive and innovative services and features using Node.js.

Develop high-quality, reusable, and reliable Node.js code, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Implement secure, robust back-end services leveraging Node.js, ensuring scalability and the ability to handle high traffic.

Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications, and keep them up-to-date with the latest Node.js backend technologies.

Conduct system tests for security, performance, and availability before deployment.

Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle with a focus on Node.js development.

Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient Node.js code.

Document the development phases and monitor the systems.

Respond to integration requests from front-end developers and work closely with them to build seamless applications.

Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, applying them to operations and activities with a focus on Node.js development.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Node.js Developer or similar role, with a strong emphasis on Node.js development.

Proficiency with Node.js and its ecosystem, including experience with Express.js, npm, and other relevant packages.

Knowledge of databases, both SQL (e.g., MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB), and familiarity with web servers.

Strong understanding of the entire web development process, from design and development to deployment, with a specific focus on Node.js.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think algorithmic ally.

Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on building strong team relationships.

Capable of handling multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
