About the role

Great design only matters if it's drafted precisely — this role is the technical backbone that turns approved designs into clean, buildable, fully-annotated working drawings. You'll work closely with our architects, structural engineers, and QS team, producing the detailed 2D output that contractors and clients ultimately build from. If you take pride in clean linework, correct dimensioning, and getting the small details exactly right, this is your role.

What you'll do day to day

• Draft working drawings and MEP (electrical/plumbing) layouts based on approved architectural and structural designs
• Ensure all drawings meet our standards for dimensioning, annotation, and layer/format consistency
• Turn around revision requests quickly and accurately within SLA
• Support architects and structural engineers with any additional drafting needs across active projects
• Maintain organized, well-labeled drawing files for easy handoff and reference
• Flag any inconsistency between architectural and structural inputs before finalizing drawings

Requirements

What you need (must-have)

• ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Draughtsmanship
• 1+ years of hands-on AutoCAD drafting experience
• Strong attention to detail and consistent drawing discipline
• Comfortable reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MEP layout drafting specifically
• Experience drafting for residential construction projects
• Exposure to a construction drawing standards/checklist system

• CTC: ₹15,000–22,000/month (₹1.8L–2.64L/year), based on experience
• ₹500/month device & software allowance (own laptop)
