Job Description: Zoho Developer (In-House)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to join our in-house team and take full ownership of Zoho One platform implementation, customization, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, and other Zoho applications, with the ability to design workflows, automate processes, and integrate with third-party tools to improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho CRM

·        Customize modules, fields, layouts, and pipelines based on business needs.

·        Automate lead management, sales workflows, and reporting dashboards.

·        Implement custom functions, Deluge scripting, and blueprints.

·        Build integrations with WhatsApp, Email, Telephony, and other sales tools.

·        Create advanced reports and analytics for management.

Zoho Books

·        Integrate Zoho Books with CRM for smooth order-to-invoice flow.

·        Configure tax compliance (GST/SGST/CGST/IGST) as per Indian standards.

·        Automate invoice generation, reminders, and payment follow-ups.

·        Reconcile accounts with payment gateways and banking integrations.

·        Customize financial reports for management and auditors.

Zoho People

·        Set up employee database, attendance, and leave management workflows.

·        Integrate payroll, performance appraisal, and expense modules.

·        Automate approval processes for HR policies.

·        Build custom reports for HR and compliance needs.

Integrations & Customization

·        Work with Zoho One ecosystem to connect CRM, Books, People, Projects, Inventory, and other apps.

·        Develop custom Deluge scripts for automation and business logic.

·        Integrate third-party applications (payment gateways, ERP, e-commerce, APIs).

·        Ensure smooth data migration and system updates.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Proven hands-on experience with Zoho One Suite (CRM, Books, People).

·        Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting and workflow automation.

·        Experience in API integrations and webhooks.

·        Good understanding of business processes in Sales, Finance, and HR.

·        Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and compliance for Zoho Books (preferred).

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·        Minimum 2–4 years of Zoho development experience.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Certification in Zoho CRM/Zoho One development.

·        Experience with Zoho Creator (for building custom apps).

·        Exposure to ERP, e-commerce, or logistics integrations.

·        Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
