Social Media Manager

We are hiring a Social Media Manager with at least 1 year of experience handling social media for a fashion or e-commerce brand. Responsibilities Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms Plan and execute content calendars for launches and campaigns Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos Increase reach, engagement, and followers through organic & paid strategies Run and optimize boosted posts and paid ads Track performance and share regular reports Maintain brand aesthetics and tone across platforms Build a strong online community by actively engaging with followers Reach out to influencers, creators, and celebrities for collaborations and brand partnerships Requirements Experience in social media management for fashion/e-commerce Knowledge of boosting, paid ads, and growth strategies Skills in graphic design (Canva/Photoshop etc.) Video editing skills for reels and short-form content Strong sense of fashion trends and visual storytelling Good communication skills for handling influencer and collaboration outreach **Job Type:** Full-time **Experience:** **Social media management:** 1 year (Preferred) **Location:** Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Indore) (Required) **Work Location:** In person
