Order Taker

Job Description:

At POPO Ventures, we move fast. We are looking for a high-energy Order Taker (with a Senior track for experienced leads) to be the heartbeat of our fulfillment operations. You aren't just entering data; you are the primary point of contact ensuring our clients receive world-class service. You'll manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, troubleshooting hurdles before they become headaches.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Cleaning and setting of tables

Welcoming customers, seating them, giving them with menu, serving them water or refilling their glasses,

Taking orders from the customers and placing the orders in the system, guiding the customers with the best recommendation of food.

Getting the food & beverages delivered to table on time as per their order.

Ensuring of upselling and giving customers with a great service and food experience.

Stocking up serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays and condiments, and assisting the wait staff with all aspects of service.

Clearing tables and preparing them for the next customers.

Assisting in cleaning and opening or closing tasks.

Scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses

Assisting with deep cleaning of the restaurant and keeping the place neat and clean.

Assisting with the unloading and storing of stock.

Requirements

Must have Requirement:

Experienced in restaurant industry more than 2yrs.

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Must be in the age limit of 18 to 35yrs

A friendly, polite, courteous nature and neatly groomed.

Strong customer service and team working skills.

Physical stamina to work long hours on your feet.

The flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
