Business Development (Sales) Executive

• Responsibilities: Door-to-door promotion of rooftop solar systems under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, lead capture, and site surveys.
• Requirements: Graduate (ITI /Diploma Electrical), fluent Marathi, 0–2 years experience, own two-wheeler mandatory.
• Compensation: ₹8,000–₹10,000/month base, plus incentives per sale; top performers can earn total up to ₹12,000/month +TA+DA
• Probation: 2 Months.

1. Need to have their vehicle and a driving license.

2. Smartphone and Laptop (Optional)

3. Good in communications (Marathi, Hindi, and English (Optional))

4. Good understanding of using a computer based tools.
