Business Development (Sales) & Project Management Executive

• Responsibilities: Customer visits, lead capture, site surveys, design, and project management.
• Requirements: Engineer, fluent Odia, 0–2 years experience, own two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
• Compensation: ₹10,000–₹12,000/month base, plus incentives; top performers can earn up to ₹15,000/month - 18,000/- month.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of the electrical system is required.
• Complete training on solar systems design and project management would be provided by the company.
• Probation: 2 Months.
• Contract Period: 2 Years

Requirements

1. Preferred to have their two-wheeler and a driving license.

2. Smartphone and Laptop (Optional)

3. Good in communications (Odia, Hindi, and English (Optional))

4. Good understanding of using computer-based tools.
