Business Development (Sales) & Project Management Internship (with stipend)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Intern to support our sales and business development activities. The intern will work closely with the sales team to identify potential customers, maintain client relationships, and assist in achieving business targets. This role provides hands-on exposure to sales operations, customer engagement, lead generation, and market research.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business leads
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Reach out to prospective customers through visits, calls, emails, and social media
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records
• Support preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Follow up with clients regarding inquiries and pending orders
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
• Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports
• Participate in client meetings and product demonstrations when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, confident, and willing to learn
• Good organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

• Prior internship/project experience in sales or marketing
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Zoho CRM or Salesforce
• Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation tools

Stipend

₹ 5000 per month + Performance-based incentives
