About the Role

We are hiring an EDI Support Trainee (Fresher) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate to start their career in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) support, with full training provided on tools, processes, and troubleshooting. No prior experience needed — just the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring EDI transactions and file transfers on a daily basis
• Help identify and report failed or delayed transactions
• Support senior team members in basic troubleshooting of EDI issues
• Learn to work with EDI standards (like X12, EDIFACT) with training and guidance
• Coordinate with internal teams and trading partners for issue resolution
• Maintain simple documentation and logs of support activities
• Assist in testing and validating EDI transactions during onboarding of new partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 70% aggregate marks in academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation)
• Freshers welcome

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Confidence to work with a team and coordinate with clients/partners
• Basic understanding of data formats and file transfers (helpful but not mandatory)
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• Basic problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail

Good to Have

• Any coursework or basic knowledge of EDI concepts (X12, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP)
• Interest in supply chain, logistics, or B2B integration
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix (a plus)
