Account Executive / Senior Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in the Construction industry. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Additionally, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, billing, and vendor payments.
• Reconciling and reviewing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes, including the tracking of actuals against budgeted amounts.
• Coordinating with internal departments to gather information and resolve any financial discrepancies.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Assisting in the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or MBA (Finance) or CA Inter or ICWA
• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Accounts ERP add an advantage
• Knowledge of the Construction industry is a plus.
