Description
- Experience in dealing with land related matters. Should have expertise in handling land Title due diligence handling Urban rural properties.
- Thorough experience in property title search matters related to revenue, Litigations and flow of Title.
- Should have experience in all types of filing Civil & Court case matters related to real estate .
- Must have hands on exp in Coordinating with legal consultants, drafting & Execution of various documents/ contracts/ Agreements.
- Provide appropriate legal advice to the company.
- Handle legal matters of the real estate business, maintaining Legal Documentation, Notices, letter & agreement, and contracts.
- Highlight legal issues involved in the structuring of land/property acquisition and relevant development regulations.
- Contract Management: Develop strategies/options to manage contracts and litigation effectively to minimize exposure of the company.
- Collaborate with external lawyers to evaluate land records and conduct thorough due issues involved in the structuring of land/property acquisition and to manage contracts.
- Support to the land team in the sale deed preparations, agreements, drafting of all contract-related documents from a legal perspective and other functions of laws with respect to construction, real estate and of legal, regulatory & statutory requirements for commercial registrations, etc.
