Praxis Global Alliance – Senior Consultant – Consumer & Internet

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Consultant to join our Consumer and internet practice in Mumbai. As a Senior Consultant, you assume responsibility for owning workstreams that are critical to driving outcomes for our consumer and internet clients. Senior Consultants run workstreams end-to-end, have full ownership of the deliverables, and are responsible for creating frameworks and analyses with the project leadership and driving its execution with the team. Senior Consultants get to engage in interactions with senior industry leaders to showcase their analyses and outcomes, which help shape strategy decisions for important business problems. They will also assume leadership roles within the team, driving high-quality research and analysis in your workstreams. This is a Partner track role and is a unique opportunity to establish yourself as a thought leader in the space. Key Responsibilities: Ownership of analysis on Excel and be comfortable with handling data to derive meaningful insights Develop compelling solutions and approaches to complex client problems, and oversee high-quality execution Support leadership in ensuring positive client impact, project success, project management, team development and training Work collaboratively with Praxis Principals, Managers, Associate Consultants, and cross-functional data science and technology teams Be extremely focused on outcomes; Be flexible to deal with ambiguous and dynamic environment, morph as required Drive high-impact deliverables, drawing on data, research, and practical business sense Support talent acquisition and capability building within the firm What we are looking for: High energy, self-starter attitude with a passion for consulting and client success

3+ years of consulting or equivalent experience working across GTM strategy, brand acceleration, micro-market expansion, and performance improvement deals in the Consumer & Internet industry (including retail, consumer brands, education, etc). Relevant industry experience is a plus. Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution; strong academic background. MBA from top-tier institutions (IIM A/B/C/L/I, ISB, XLRI or equivalent global B-school) preferred, not mandatory
