Job Description & Summary: PwC India is looking for a highly skilled Celonis Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Celonis Process Mining solutions. This is a technical role focused on deploying, integrating, and optimizing Celonis capabilities to enable enterprise-wide process improvement, automation, and operational excellence. Job Position Title: IN_Associate_Celonis_D&A_Advisory_PAN India Responsibilities: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of Celonis Process Mining solutions to analyze and improve business processes across various domains. Configure and customize Celonis Analytics, including data models, process visualizations, and KPIs based on business requirements. Develop integrations between Celonis and enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and data lakes to support data ingestion and process analytics. Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to identify process inefficiencies and support the development of actionable insights using Celonis. Configure process discovery, conformance checking, and automation use cases within the Celonis platform. Participate in workshops and training sessions to help clients build awareness and adoption of Celonis process mining capabilities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Celonis data models, process analytics, integration, and platform performance. Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation including solution designs, process flows, deployment guides, and user manuals. Stay informed about Celonis platform updates, industry trends, and complementary process mining tools to enhance solution delivery. Mandatory skill sets: Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Celonis Process Mining solutions and modules. Understanding of process mining fundamentals such as process discovery, conformance checking, and action engine automation. Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) specific to Celonis data integration using connectors, SQL, or scripting. Ability to build Celonis data pools, process graphs, and KPI dashboards. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python) to support customization of Celonis data pipelines and analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to process mining implementations. Good stakeholder communication and ability to work collaboratively with business users and IT teams. Preferred skill sets: Familiarity with other process mining and automation platforms like Signavio, UiPath Process Mining, or Power BI is a plus. Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce for data integrations. Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices. Any Celonis or related certifications will be advantageous. Years of experience required: 2 - 7 Years Education qualification: BE, <B.Tech>, MCA, MBA, <M.Tech>
