JD - Seeking a compliance professional with strong expertise in Labour Laws/ Labour Codes, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factories, Shops & Establishments Act, other labour laws, vendor compliance/ governance/ automation/ HR compliance execution. The role involves managing HR statutory compliance projects, monitoring regulatory changes, engaging with client stakeholders, overseeing contractor/vendor compliance, preparing MIS and project reports, and leveraging compliance monitoring and review tools/ AI agents.
