| Job Position Title: | IN_Associate_MERN Engineer + GenAI_AppTech_Advisory_KOLKATA (Early joiners) |
| Responsibilities: | Full Stack Development: Build and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. · GenAI Integration: Design and integrate LLM-powered features into existing applications using LangChain and REST/GraphQL APIs. · RAG Pipelines: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines leveraging Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, MongoDB Atlas Vector Search). · API Development: Build robust, secure, and well-documented REST/GraphQL APIs to expose AI-powered capabilities. · Prompt Engineering: Craft and refine prompts for LLMs (OpenAI, Claude) to optimize response quality and reliability. · AI-Assisted Development: Leverage GitHub Copilot and Cursor to accelerate feature delivery within the SDLC. · Performance & Scalability: Optimize database queries, caching strategies, and application performance for production workloads. |
| Mandatory skill sets: | · · Frontend: Strong proficiency in React.js (Hooks, State Management, Redux/Context). · · Backend: Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js for building RESTful services. · · Database: Solid experience with MongoDB, including schema design and aggregation pipelines. · · GenAI Frameworks: Working knowledge of LangChain and integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic). · · Vector Search: Experience with Vector Databases and embedding-based search/retrieval. · · 4-8 years of professional experience in full stack (MERN) development. · · DevOps: Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP). · · Security: Strong understanding of API security, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and authorization |
| Preferred skill sets: | · · Agentic Workflows: Exposure to multi-agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph. · · AI Observability: Familiarity with LangSmith or Promptfoo for evaluating LLM output quality. · · Containerization: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment. · · TypeScript: Experience building type-safe MERN applications using TypeScript. |
