Job Position Title:    IN_Senior Associate_ ServiceNow Developer _AppTech_Advisory_PAN INDIA

Responsibilities:

            Looking for a ServiceNow senior developer for urgent project. Apart from technical expertise candidate should be able to interact efficiently with stakeholders and visit client sites as and when needed.

Location – Any PwC India offices in India (preferred NCR, Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad, Jaipur Ahmedabad, Chennai).

Mandatory skill sets:

            •           Implement and configure various Servicenow modules, (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM, HAM) HRSD, SPM, GRC). Any 2 mentioned modules hands-on experience will be mandatory

Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (like SAP, CRM, or ERP) using web services (SOAP and REST), Integration Hub spokes, and custom APIs to ensure seamless data exchange.

•           Create and customize SPM applications, workflows, dashboards, and reports and functionalities, including scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes), workflows, Flow Designer, UI Policies, and ACLs.

•           Provide guidance on governance processes, prioritization frameworks, and portfolio planning best practices.

Preferred skill sets:

            · Certifications: Professional ServiceNow certifications are highly advantageous.

-           SPM experience preferred.

Years of experience required:

            3 to 7 years of progressive experience in IT service management, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow ITSM, Integrations..

Education qualification:

            B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs.
