Work closely with CXOs to diagnose business challenges, design practical solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes with measurable impact Business Development Support practice growth through opportunity identification, client diagnostics, solution development, and preparation of winning proposals and pursuits Automotive Thought Leadership Develop industry-leading assets, frameworks, POVs, whitepapers, and market insights across growth strategy, commercial transformation, customer experience, retail excellence, and digital transformation Practice Development Contribute to capability building, knowledge management, team mentoring etc. Mandatory skill sets: Growth, Channel & Customer Transformation Preferred skill sets: Consulting Years of experience required: Experience : Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in the automotive sector, with a strong track record of delivering measurable business impact. Preferred Background: Experience with leading management consulting firms serving automotive clients is highly desirable. We are also open to candidates from leading automotive OEMs, auto-component manufacturers, and mobility companies with experience in strategy, sales, channel development, customer experience, marketing, retail operations, or business transformation. What We Are Looking For: Candidates with demonstrated experience in driving growth, improving commercial performance, enhancing customer experience, and delivering transformation outcomes across automotive OEMs, dealer networks, aftermarket businesses, or auto-component companies.
